Patient Confidentiality

We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously and have systems in place to protect all personal information. All patient records are stored securely. We do not release information to a third party without your express permission, unless the information required by law. A copy of the practice confidentiality policy is available at reception. You can request information about your rights to view your records. 

Accessibility

The following languages are spoken in practice: English, Portuguese, Hindi, Punjabi, and Romanian  

Our treatment areas can be accessed by patients using wheelchairs and other walking aids. Downstairs exam rooms are available upon request. We have a step free ground floor.

If you require any specific accommodations that you think we should know about, please give us a call before your appointment and we will do our best to put suitable arrangements in place for your visit. 

Missed Appointments and short-term cancelleations

All new patient exams booked require a non-refundable deposit of £65.

Missed appointments result in wasted time that could have helped other patients in need of dental care.

We ask if you are unable to attend your appointment, you let the practice know and give us at least one week notice where possible. Practice reserves the right to charge for missed appointments.  If you fail to attend or cancel with short notice on more than one occasion, we may no longer be able to offer you treatment.

We will of course take any special circumstances into account as the discretion of our manager,

Missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit paid.

Deposit

We require all private patients to pay a deposit for their appointments upon booking.

NHS patients are required to pay the band difference when booking treatment after an exam has been carried out.

Denplan and Private patients are required to pay at least 50% upon booking of appointments.
